You must be at least 18 years old to access Marigold Therapy’s services. For clients under 18, consent from a legal guardian is required prior to beginning therapy. Marigold Therapy serves clients who are residents of regions where Haley Chambers is licensed to practice.
3. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during therapy sessions is confidential and stored securely through Jane's encrypted software. Marigold Therapy does not collect personal information beyond what analytics on the website may capture or what is voluntarily provided via email or the contact form. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before commencing therapy sessions to outline these privacy measures in greater detail.

Therapy sessions are conducted virtually through secure video conferencing on Jane. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes unless otherwise specified. Clients are expected to log in promptly at the scheduled time. Should technical difficulties arise, please contact Haley Chambers immediately to make alternate arrangements.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees: Fees for services will be communicated during the initial consultation. Marigold Therapy may offer sliding scale pricing based on individual circumstances.
Payments: Payments for services are to be made through Jane's secure payment system, and they are due at the time of the session unless an alternate arrangement has been made.
Insurance: Marigold Therapy does not bill insurance companies directly but can provide you with receipts for submission to your insurance provider, if applicable.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the full session fee being charged.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment with 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling with less notice may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
8. Termination of Services
Both the client and Marigold Therapy reserve the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. Reasons for termination by Marigold Therapy may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service, non-compliance with the agreed-upon treatment plan, or behavior deemed harmful to the therapeutic process.
