Individual Therapy
With her creative background and curiosity about each person's unique life story, Haley Chambers carefully curates a safe and supportive space. After your free, 15-minute consultation, we will continue to meet in the virtual space, starting with a 75-minute intake session, followed by regular 55-minute sessions. Haley will be there to help you navigate life's challenges, enhance your mental well-being, and achieve your personal goals.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is our anchor, grounding us in practical techniques for managing emotions, improving relationships, and cultivating mindfulness. Think of it as the sturdy base of a sculpture, providing structure and stability. DBT helps clients build essential skills to navigate life's storms with resilience, finding balance amidst chaos.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy that integrates elements of cognitive, behavioural, and somatic therapies within an adaptive information processing (AIP) framework. It posits that unprocessed traumatic memories are stored in a dysfunctional state, leading to distressing emotions, beliefs, and physical sensations. Through bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements or tapping—EMDR facilitates the brain’s ability to reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing for more adaptive integration. Rooted in neurobiological principles, EMDR does not require detailed discussion of the trauma but instead focuses on desensitizing distress and reinforcing positive cognitive shifts, ultimately promoting psychological healing.
Narrative Therapy adds depth and dimension, inviting clients to explore the stories they tell about their lives. By viewing experiences through a creative lens, we help clients reframe and reshape their narratives, uncovering new meanings and possibilities. This approach empowers clients to become the authors of their own stories, transforming past struggles into sources of strength and inspiration.
Parts Work, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), can allows us to piece together the diverse aspects of the self. Recognizing that we all have various parts playing different roles, we guide clients in understanding and harmonizing these elements. This process fosters a profound sense of self-awareness and inner harmony, as clients embrace and integrate each part of their being.
